Gluten-free + lactose-free + no refined sugar! ⠀

Ingredients

1/2 cup almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
3 tbsp cacao powder
Pinch salt

3/4 cup coconut sugar
3 tbsp ghee, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Set the oven to 325 F ⠀⠀
  2. Mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, cacao powder and salt in a bowl
  3. In a separate bowl mix together the coconut sugar, melted ghee, eggs, and vanilla extract
  4. Carefully combine the two mixes
  5. Bake for 15 minutes in a greased and lined 9” form
