In addition to our regular menu, Alta Nordic Kitchen will offer a festive chef’s seven course tasting menu, inspired by flavors from the nordics.

Blini with smoked Norwegian salmon, bleak roe & creme frainche

Seared sea scallops – celeriac puree, saffron vinaigrette

Filet of dover sole & wild sockeye salmon, morel mushrooms, champagne mousseline

Venison loin, juniper sauce, potato tart, lingonberries
